A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
Source code is delivered upon final payment
Revision rounds are limited as specified in the project contract
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet Phoenix Creations PTY Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law
